APPROACH
Dr. Lo has been trained and practiced with a
number of modalities, including Psychodynamic,
Humanistic, Family Systems, Emotion Focused and
Cognitive-Behavioural. She draws on each or a
combination of these depending on the assessed
needs of her patient. Her practice is informed
by evidence-based practice and empirical
research. She believes all individuals/families
are complex and unique in their struggles and
the best outcomes are achieved through working
collaboratively with the patient. When working
with children, working with the parents and
families is often an integral part of the
therapeutic process.
